Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HyperCanvas at hypercanvas.space (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

HyperCanvas lets you create designs and videos and publish or schedule them to social media accounts you connect. Some features require an account or a paid plan.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. You must be at least 16 years old.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the designs and content you create or upload. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and publish that content at your request. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and publish, including music, images, logos and trademarks.

4. Connected social accounts

When you connect a social network, you also agree to that network's terms (for example the YouTube Terms of Service, Meta's, TikTok's and LinkedIn's terms). We publish only what you ask us to publish. You can disconnect at any time in Publishing Hub. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle the data these networks share with us.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to publish illegal, infringing, hateful or deceptive content, spam, or to break any network's rules. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Paid plans

Paid plans renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Turkish consumer law.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service available but provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for actions of the social networks.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will post changes here. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
